Wellness Haven Schedule

If you are a new student, you are required to complete the online new student registration form –> New Student Registration Form

Then schedule a complimentary health evaluation with Umang. We are very serious about bringing in physiological changes in every student and we hope you are too. We begin our yoga journey together through a complimentary health assessment BEFORE your first class after which you are ready to step into your health impacting journey at Wellness Haven. We want to see you progress as you become consistent with your practice and stay committed to health.

Yoga Clinic: especially for those who are beginners, extremely tight or want to do yoga poses correctly
Sat: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Beginner Yoga: flow yoga for those who like it slow and without advanced poses (for the most part!)
Mon – Thurs: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Mon – Thurs: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sun: 9:15 am – 10:15 am

All Levels Yoga: flow yoga for Beginner to Advanced; for those who like to be challenged and learn more and more
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Sat, Sun: 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Kids Summer Yoga Camp:  Pre-registration is required (Session 1: June 24 – July 24; Session 2: July 24 – Aug 24)
Mon – Thurs: 3pm – 4pm

Breathing & Meditation: for those who want a stress free life amd maximize their benefits from yoga practice through proper breathing with increased lung capacity.
Sat: 9:15 am – 10:15 am: pre-reistration is required

Nutrition: for those who are unable to lower their fat on their own and need expert guidance and support
pre-registration is required. By appointment only

For my entire life (I’m 22 so yeah I know not that long!) I have been quite active. Lifting weights, tennis, running, hiking and whatever else.
